Sego in Mexico



MURAL "PROTEO".

This first video shows the work done by Sego in collaboration with MAMUTT.
The "Proteo" mural was painted in the Cauce Ciudadano house (http://www.cauceciudadano.org.mx/) as part of the city gallery MAMUTT collaborates with them. This gallery also includes ROA, Saner, Liqen, Dhear, Broken Crow and M-CITY.

The idea behind this project is that we paint in violent areas, paint the recognized city artists there and create spaces for coexistence between gangs, which helps to build peace, we see for others that this expression can be handicraft, artwork and alternative, creativity is given to potential new artists, it also helps neighborhood, bringing new ideas and new ideas, helping harmony between crime and violence, better, restoring art on farms.

We work in particular with A.C. Cauce Ciudadano (certified by Ashoka and the Federal Commission on Human Rights) Cauce focuses on working with young gang members and young people at risk.

"Urban Gallery" at Colonia 7 De Noviemree at Gustavo A. Madero, Mexico, D.F. Although not officially opened.

"Proteus"

This first video shows Sego's work with MAMUTT.

Wall painting "Proteo" was painted in Cauce Ciudadano house (http://www.cauceciudadano.org.mx/) as part of an urban gallery MAMUTT is working with them.
This gallery also has the walls ROA, Saner, Liqen, Dhear, Broken Crow and M-CITY.

We paint in areas where violence and crime occur (painting in peoples' houses and businesses), creating a space where gangs can equate to violence, help build peace, show that this expression can become a workplace and work of art. It helps to create creativity in potential artists, this project also helps Bringing these areas into the area by bringing new ideas and new ideas to the neighborhood, improving people's lives and interaction in everyday life.

We work with a special Cauce Ciudadano (Ashoka and Mexico City Human Rights Commission), focused on working with young gang members and victims of violence.
