SV Meppen finished in the third league with his lull and celebrated on the third day his first success of the season. The Emsländer won Wednesday night after two defeats with a score of 4: 2 (0: 1) at Chemnitzer FC and advanced in the table in ninth place. "I'm happy because we did not play well in the first half, but we played well in the second and managed to improve," said Meppen coach Christian Neidhart.
SVM is surprised in a corner
As criticized by the coach, the guests were initially offensives, especially by their poor appearance. The defense of CFCs was anything but safe and made a number of errors in writing. However, the SVM could not capitalize on Chemnitz's negligence.

An outside shot from Deniz Undav (33) was the only good result before the break. Now, the Saxons have not spread fear and terror during their attacks. But in a corner, they surprised the guests: the long ball that Sören Reddeman crossed his head, Matti Langer pushed him to go from five meters to 1-0 above the line (35.). The first boring half was followed by an exciting second round. In the beginning, Undav ended the Meppener scorecard and scored the first goal of the season – and what an advantage: the attacker skillfully grabbed the ball and returned it (52.). But only a minute later, the Emslanders were back. Combined Chemnitz in the penalty area, Dejan Bozic completed the attack at close range. This again looked bad for the SVM, but the turn was made.
Undav with the double pack
Undav only failed on Jakub Jakubov, the keeper of responsive CFCs, but then scored in the margin the deserved equalizer (68). "I'm happy for him," said Neidhart. The preliminary decision was finally won by a strange goal from Nils Blumberg. The defender was totally undisputed in his own six-foot room. But instead of hitting the ball, he carried it in his own goal (73). The last point was Marcus Piossek, who scored from a Rene Guder volleyball center (85.).
