Zeiningers have been cutting hair in Königsbrunn for 50 years. Karl Zeininger has remained faithful to his father's whereabouts, but approaches the company a little differently.of
The Zeininger hairdressing company is known in Königsbrunn, Augsburg and the surrounding area, until guests come from Munich and Memmingen. Karl Zeininger celebrates 50 years of activity. His father, Walter Zeininger, had opened a hairdressing business in the southern market of the time, making him the first hairdresser in a supermarket. In the following years, he opened a shop after another – in Königsbrunn, Mering, Bobingen, Augsburg.
In addition, however, although supermarkets have changed, the core business has always been preserved, from the South Market to Handelshof and finally to Kaufland. In addition, the name Zeininger combines with the Hilfsfonds Königsbrunn, co-founded by Walter Zeininger, made public by him and raised at his initiative in 2007 at the Foundation. As pointed out his son Karl, the entire Zeininger family has always been involved here, but especially after the untimely death of his father in 2012. By his side are his mother Luise and his sister Petra Zeininger-Benning, as well than the next generation. ,
Better only a business, but with a high quality
Karl Zeininger highlights his father's great success in life. He was certainly an excellent model. For him, however, the son sets other priorities. For him, it was not important to own several companies. He prefers to invest in quality and also relies on peripheral areas of the core business. So he gave all the agreements except one with the consent of the family. Karl Zeininger took the time to do this because it was important for him that the stores were in skilled hands and above all that all employees could stay in their positions.
For three years, only this store on the Wandalenstraße has been called Zeininger. Thus, the son, whose grandfather and great-grandfather were already working as a hairdresser, was in the immediate vicinity of the father's parent company. In that, he was almost grown-up, even when a toddler was holding his playground. "I may not have become a hairdresser for passion, but definitely a passionate hairdresser," explains Karl Zeininger.
The Königsbrunner has been a master of hairdressing for 29 years.
He has been a hairdresser for 29 years – he could only become one after several years as a journeyman – and a business economist for 28 years: "I have always been interested in many other things and I want to continue my studies . He sees dermatology as a major challenge. For example, he also works with a scalp microscope and the Vita-Hair-light method and has already helped many clients with psoriasis for years. "It makes me really happy," he says.
The quality of products and work worries him a lot. Thus, the current knowledge and scientific knowledge has been implanted in the specialist sector, so that he also relies heavily on the training of his team. Karl Zeininger is proud of the favorable climate that currently prevails among the eleven employees, who also attend trade fairs. This is confirmed by two employees interviewed spontaneously. Selina Stauble, who has been working for ten years since her apprenticeship, talks about the personal appreciation and enjoyment that we have together. Nuray Kilman-Güvenc, a member of the Zeininger hairdressing team for 30 years, goes one step further: "I have followed Karl's path and we are actually training in a big family."
