Babka Zana’s Tunisian sandwich

Celebrating the grandmother in all its forms, the rue Condorcet bakery is unveiling a series of inspiring sandwiches this summer. An ode to Tunisian cuisine, the latter brings together a round hallah garnished with a homemade virgin harissa and beldi lemon sauce, potatoes, Tunisian tuna Sidi Daoud, a hard-boiled egg and kalamata olives.

The Chardenoux lobster rolls

At Chardenoux lead by Cyril Lignac, we find there un lobster roll highly gastronomic. Between the slices of soft brioche bread, mixes blue lobster, crunchy celery, apple, avocado, but also a creamy cocktail sauce.

The Gramme Dwich

Installed in the Marais, Gramme was one of our favorite cafes to come and taste farm-boiled eggs breakfast or even gourmet cakes at snack time. Inventor of Banh Mi Dog, he also declines the well, a sandwich made from brioche bun from the bakery The little grain, caramelized bacon, a fried egg, herbs and mashed beans with miso.

Bambino’s chicken sandwich

Already in charge of the various Beech tree, well known to lovers of Italian food, Fabien Lombardi opened the doors of Child. A restaurant on rue Saint-Sébastien, where he fuses two passions: vinyls, which are played there in loops, and tempting recipes. On the menu? A roast chicken sandwich with aioli sauce.
